Top/Important: Email Receiving Restrictions Due to DMARC Implementation
In response to the increasing number of fraudulent and spoofed emails, we have implemented enhanced email security measures based on the DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance) protocol.
As part of this initiative, we will apply email receiving restrictions as outlined below. Please review the following information when sending emails to us.
April 8, 2026
Emails that fail authentication checks (SPF/DKIM) and do not pass DMARC verification will be rejected by our mail server and not delivered.
If you experience issues such as receiving an error message when sending emails to us, or your email appears to be sent successfully but is not received by us, please check the DMARC settings and email authentication configuration of your email system.
We will continue to strengthen our security measures to ensure a safe and reliable communication environment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
